Geocache Description:

Roughly a mile up the trail, and over 700 feet in elevation. It's not incredibly tough, but the terrain is rough at times.

We parked at N 34 14.013, W 118 18.287, near the trail entrance. From the road, take the small trail to the far left. You can see our silver SUV in the picture. The trail is in front of it (which makes it on the far right of the photo).

The begining is the steepest part, with a narrow trail and switchbacks. Once you get higher the trail goes through tunnels of trees and bushes. It wasn't sunny when we first hiked it, but I bet the shade will be welcome to whoever travels on a hot summer day.

Note: The cache is not under the rock pile, so please do not disturb it.
