Geocache Description:

Yes! This name of this cache has proven to be prophetic... but we're back! The coordinates above are for our new location in William Mason Park... and I've included Rich's descriptive info so when his post drops off the page all last-minute attendees will know where we are:

Just take the Culver exit off the 405 and head south. When you hit University Drive, make a right. You will see the park here on your left hand side and the entrance is off University. The actual address is 18712 University Dr. - Irvine, CA 92612-2601.

We'll be meeting at shelter #2 - let's aim for 11:00! GeoBoltz has volunteered to go reserve it for us. The cost is $60, so if everyone chips in a buck, we'll easily cover it. The area has lots of tables, a BBQ and a sink. The rest rooms are also right next to it. Parking is close by and there is a little playground and volleyball courts very nearby too. Dogs are allowed, but they must be leashed on a 6ft. leash or shorter.

If anyone wants to bring Easy-ups, tables, chairs, heaters (those who attended last year's picnic know what I'm talking about) or whatever else makes it for you, go for it! Just one note - alcohol is not allowed in the park , so leave the beer at home.  We will be placing a commemorative cache nearby, so if you would like to, bring an item or two to place in it.

A little more info about the park can be found at
http://www.ocparks.com/masonpark/

So there you have it! Please continue to let Suzanne of Borgt know - by posting a note on this cache - how many of you will be coming and what you'll be bringing. Updates are appreciated. Thanks to all who've been helping out: Suzanne, Rich, GeoBoltz, Morty. You know who you are! We'll see you there!
