This cache is a 30 caliber ammo box with a official geocaching
sticker on it. After trekking up this hill 4 times, I think I've
finally found the best way to get to this location. Park at the new
210/57:360
Reloaded Parking cache. From there take the fire road up to
the cache site. You will cross a private road on your way in. Do
not take this road. You can cross the private road and continue
on up the hill, but the driveway to the north and south is posted
private property. Please respect it.
There is a little bit of bushwacking needed to get to the cache
depending on what time of year you come up. There are obvious
trails that lead through the bushes at the top. Stick to these and
you are fine. You can go cross country up there if you want to, but
where the cache is now placed, there is no need to run across any
bushes, ticks, barbed wire or prickly pear cactus.
You will have some great views up here when it's clear. On
windy/clear days you should easily be able to see Catalina.
This area gets a bit of traffic from geomuggles, so be sure to
hide it back well. Please, for the future enjoyment of other
cachers, take some time to re-hide this better than you found it.
There is no part of the cache visible and there shouldn't be when
you re-hide it either. Try to make it look as natural as possible
so the geomuggles won't go messing with it. Please replace anything
you disturb when finding the cache and be sure to tread lightly and
cover your tracks.
Have fun!
