Dog friendly- mountain bike friendly if you are fairly hardcore- climbing shoes and chalk not needed but its good to take them along for fun. Bring water it can be hot and dusty.
There is a gate that closes seasonally(open April-Nov)- if its open you can park at N34 20.474 W118 00.625 follow the trail up the hill. If the gate is closed you have a bit longer walk in.
When you get close- look for a pair of trees- one dead- one alive(pine). When you stand on the rock uphill and behind the live tree you are very close- search to your left (facing down hill).

The cache is a large tube with a diameter of a couple inches a couple feet long.
