A delightful wilderness area in a place where you might not expect such a preserve is the site of this cache.
The container is a Camou painted Decon Container – 4 inches tall, 2.5 wide, 1.5 inches deep. It has been moved about 10 feet (from 34° 0.214, 118° 3.190). The log book has been replaced as well.The cache is on the main trail. This is a wilderness preserve area – no bushwhacking. There isn't even a reason to trample the vegetation.There are also signs posted for “No Dogs” – not even on a leash. It is not pristine wilderness but plenty of wildlife abounds – rabbits, birds, and lots of scurrying creatures.
