As we find it difficult to get to Saturday Events we thought we'd just have a get together for a picnic or barbeque on Sunday 12th May 2013 11:00am until 3:00pm at The Old Sation near Tintern.
Bring your own picnic or barbeque stuff as there are facilities on site for barbequeing. There is a cafe for those who want to purchase light snacks and drinks. There are some picnic tables but maybe not enough for all so a picnic chair would be an advantage. A small fee for car parking is charged by Monmouthshire County Council of between £1 and £2 and there is a very small campsite for a few small tents only for a fee of £4 per night
Great area for dog walking along the river, childrens play area and possibly a few new caches to find.
