Mission: Before Sasha died, she gave me an intercepted message and mentioned a classified cache container that needed to be safeguarded. I need you to help decode the following messages so the coordinates for the final can be obtained.
Step 1: You will be required to decode the following message.

Step 2: The decoded message is still encrypted and will need to be processed using a cypher to identify the dead drop location.
Step 3: Search the dead drop location for the TOP SECRET document that provides the final coordinates to the classified cache container.
Step 4: Locate the container and log your covert spy name.
Area: This is a residential area and just off the roadway where you can easily park. You will be in a high visibility area so stealth is a must, so we do not have to abort the mission. Muggles may be known to frequent the general location as the walk their guard dogs.
