Geocache Description:

A very urban cache. You are seeking a magnetic nano

The 1961 Zoning Resolution inaugurated the incentive zoning program in New York City. The program encouraged private developers to provide spaces for the public within or outside their buildings by allowing them greater density in certain high-density districts.

The spaces are concentrated in Manhattan’s midtown and downtown business centers, although a substantial number are in east midtown and the upper east side.

This cache is inspsired by a very fun POPS series in midtown on the mid to west side.

This is an east side POPS. This particular space is strangely not at sidewalk level. I was pulled up this stairway to check out this pretty space and I knew I wanted to place  a cache here.

This small area is ringed with super tall buildings. As such GPS signal is super bouncy. I recommend Google Maps or similar. Proceed to 622 3d avenue to start your search.

There is one spot. If someone is sitting there ...you'll have to wait.

(Note: Railing is not magnetic)

Please respect hours for public access
