Geocache Description:

A series of cannons that illustrate the importance of White Plains over the centuries!
The coordinates above are for a parking lot on rt. 119 for the first cannon. Good luck!

STEP 1: Battle of White Plains
Park at the coordinates and walk toward waypoint ONE.
Find the first cannon.
- Add all of the numbers on the smaller plaque and replace
the X's with the sum. N 41* 02.XX0
- W 073* 48.166 subtract the year the cannon was erected
from this W coord to give you the full set for step two.

STEP 2: CUBA FREE

STEP 3: Washington's Mortar
Find the year the monument was erected. Add the year to the coordinates given:

STEP 4: 200 years of fallen sons

Subtract the post # from :
N 41* 08.363
W 073* 49.970

STEP 5: The Last Gun
*There is a parking lot if you pass the park (on your left)and then make your first left. There is a trail from the parking lot to the cannon.

Add the number of British horsemen Lt. Fenno fired into ... to the coords below:

The last set will point you to the cache! Enjoy!
