Most of the walk is on clear pathways, but some patches can get very muddy. There are short stretches of road, so care should be taken with dogs and small children.
Most of the hides are straightforward, but some might take a few minutes to find.
Some caches are small, so you should take a pen with you. A pair of tweezers might be useful too.
Food is available from pubs in Rosudgeon and Goldsithney.
From the parking coordinates, take the path to the south of the mine tip, and turn right just after the tip. Walk up the path, take the next left and continue to HR1.
After no 1, continue along the path, ignoring the right hand turn, until you reach no 2.
