Water Works Park.... Again! Traditional Cache

Geocache Description:

Small skinny container, but you cannot see it although it is at Eye Level. Only log book. I know you are a well prepared micro cacher and always have a pencil with you, right??? DO NOT ENTER CITY LOT, STAY IN PARK

A second version of Water Works Park, just because it needs a cache! 2.5 rating for the little extra stealth required and due to the small size. Muggles should be a problem as there could be a lot of mini-muggles playing near by. Where is the Water Works you ask, well they tore it all down about 2004! I can never seem to find micro caches so I thought I would hide one so I could say I found one, kind of cheating I know. Good hunting.
