Hier mündet der neue Rhein in den Bodensee. Der ca. 5km lange Rheindamm führt vorbei an der Lagune, in der die Tier- und Pflanzenwelt nahezu ungestört ist. Die reine Gehzeit vom Parkplatz aus beträgt ca. 1 Stunde. Mit dem Fahrrad sind gut 20 Minuten einzuplanen.
