There is a public garden on the roof of the building, which can be easily accessed by stairways in the northwest and southeast corners. Parking can be a challenge, but try to find a meter, if you can. The gates are locked at night, but the hours are not posted. Apparantly they open at 8am.
The coordinates will take you to a unique fountain in the middle of the park. From there, go north to the elevator, then go right down the narrow passageway. The cache is at the end.
Please be sure the lid is on tight when you replace the cache! Please trade only very FLAT items so the lid will stay on! It is just about impossible to retrieve the lid from down below due to security in the concert hall!
