New York Admin: Its been 5 months and maintenance does not appear to be forthcoming leaving me no option other than to archive the cache.

Micro caches have been & are being placed near this type of
facility,(as hinted in the cache name) in Pennsylvania. Some of us are carrying this
series into NY. HaLiJuSaPa were first w/ a "SPARE US" in the Bx. I
do not know how the best to keep the count smooth other then to
say, "Lets keep the #'s of the 'SPARE US' series in each State separate from other States".
Along Rt 9A, stop & try not to strike out finding this small log only. Bring your pen to keep score.
