This is just a little series to take your mind off of all the tradgedy and craziness in our world today.
With so many media reports to fill our minds with worry and fret, one of the best things we can do is wash your hands. Sing a song while you do, if you so choose. Hand sanitizer will help in a pinch but actual hand washing is best. Then, de-stress with a bit of caching. And repeat.
