Lifestyles are an interesting thing. As geocachers we all come from
a diverse variety of backgrounds and experiences which make us
exactly who we are today. What a great blend this creates as we
find, log, and place geocaches all around the world. A geocache
will always contain the same fundamentals: waterproof container,
camouflage, log, etc. However, it's your own personal spin on the
cache that makes each one special and unique. This brings me to my
point...
Here along Croton's section of the Westchester Greenway
Riverwalk, we get a sense of two worlds. Ready yourself at Senasqua
or the Croton Point ballfield and take a journey through the
difference in lifestyles. As you are passing through, keep in mind
this cache is in a very upscale location where it's obvious the
rich (and famous?) live nearby. Just look at that solid
architecture! Not to worry, there is no charge for geocaching the
pathway (whew) and while it is fenced on both sides, the nearby
greenery also secludes you from view.
To log this cache, be careful with the top. Tweezers might help.
It is not a nano, however I'm trying out something new to see how
it goes. Also remember this is a public path with frequent muggle
action, so stealth is a necessity.
Enjoy your time, and the cache!
