This is a silly puzzle cache based off of a silly game we nerdier types used to play over a six pack or two. It will take you up Sweetcake Mountain Preserve trail to a very nice overlook of Candlewood lake. Coordinates provided are for parking only.
Trail is steep in parts and could be slippery if wet. I've seen small children up there, but caution should be used.
The game is very simple. Every person, place and thing around you falls into one of two categories. Either something “is” or it “ isn’t”. If we had a new person joining us someone would eventually ask “Hey, does he know Queen Anne?” and the game would begin.
I would say “ A door is, but a window isn’t”
Someone would reply “ Yeah, and beer is, but liquor isn’t ”
And another “ Connecticut is, but New York isn’t”
After a bit the newcomer would get it and say something like “Oh, and the grass is, but the dirt isn’t”.
To find the cache I’ve given you three choices for each and you must determine which option “is”.
