Incineration Traditional Geocache

This cache is located in Lents Cove Park in the Village of Buchanan NY on Broadway
If you look across the bay that big tan building is the Charles Point garbage Incineration Plant, hence the cache name. You will be following the Tropiano Trail which begins by the baseball field in the left hand corner of the parking lot. From there you will have a short walk of about a quarter mile round trip along the shoreline, The cache is close to the trail and should be pretty easy to find. The park is open from 6AM till dusk, so please obey the rules. Once you look past the garbage plant there are some nice views of the Hudson to be had. There is a pen and pencil and a log roll in the cache ( but its always a good idea to bring your favorite writing utensil just in case). There is a little better than the usual swag in this cache so trade up or trade even. I'm sure in the warmer months this place has lots of people wandering around so use stealth in your search . The life of the cache will depend on it. So have fun and enjoy this nice area!
