This chace is situated in the "Gerecse" mountains in Hungary. "Nagy - Gete" or "Gete-hegy" is not the highest, but the closest peak without geochaching in the area where I live. The altitude is 441 meters.
There is quite good panoramic view from the place of the cache. You can approch it on the blue signed tourist road. As alternative you can drive to the foot of the mountain. In this case please follow this route: Capitol Budapest, Road 10, village Csolnok, football pitch (N47°42.2760', N18°42.2461'), chose the not barreled road, turn right at the first crossing, foot of the mountain (N47°42.372, E18°40,881). If you are interested you can find (very) small minerals on your way (N47°42,437', E18°40.957). You can find a half coin in the box, with it you are my guest for 3 biers in village Nyergesujfalu (sorry it is about 15 km far from this point, N47°45.436', E18°33.981).
