Ardmore Beach is a long expanse of golden sand, and has long been the destination of choice for the merchant classes of Cork city.
Although prone to overcrowding in Summer, particularly at weekends, this is a heavenly place to go for a stroll. Nearby beaches of equal quality include Curragh, Ballyquin, Goat Island and Whiting Bay.
The cache is a small plastic container located in the most discreet corner of the carpark.
