La zona donde se encuentra el tesoro es muy reciente y aun se encuentra en construccion. Nacio robando terreno al mar para hacer
un paseo maritimo de envergadura.
El Paseo Marítimo une la ciudad de Ibiza con el núcleo urbano de Talamanca. Esta zona está considerada como una de las más
exclusivas de Ibiza, ya que en ella se agolpan una larga hilera de lujosos pisos y apartamentos privados, muchos de ellos propiedad
de famosos, importantes empresarios y conocidos futbolistas. Frente a estos edificios se hallan en una misma hilera el club náutico,
el puerto pesquero y el puerto deportivo. Los cientos de amarres que allí se concentran acogen desde la típica y pequeña
embarcación pesquera, hasta el más lujoso y majestuoso yate.
Luego ha ido crecciendo y aun esta en expansion.
Hay locales de juego y es una de las zonas más selectas de Ibiza para tomar copas, en ella se concentran diversos locales y pubs,
cuyo encanto reside en sus animadas terrazas y buen ambiente. Muy cerca,una conocida discoteca.
Al final del paseo llegamos a la exclusiva zona de Marina Botafoch, con sus locales dedicados a la náutica, tiendas de alto standing
y soleadas terrazas junto a un puerto deportivo donde descansan lujosos yates.
Casi paralela al paseo y desembocando en la marina esta la avenida 8 de Agosto, la otra arteria principal de la zona.

At the end of the ride we arrived at the exclusive Marina Botafoch with its facilities devoted to nautical , upmarket stores and sunny
terraces next to a marina where luxury yachts rest .
Almost parallel to the beach and leading to the marina is the August 8th Avenue , the other main artery of the area.
