WEATHER UPDATE: Hopefully the weather will have calmed down by Sunday afternoon. A bit of rain won't deter us but given the proximity to the river we need to keep safety in mind. Park off the roadside nearby (there's a Parking waypoint on this listing), then make the very short walk to the published coordinates. The general plan is to follow the path into the park, picking up any rubbish along the path and in the surrounding area.
Rubbish bags, bug spray, bottles of water, hand cleaner and disposable gloves will be provided, but you should probably also bring your own drinks and snacks, and tougher gloves if you prefer them. Also, this is a forest park next to a river so hopefully contains many animals, some of which may be bitey, so take the usual precautions. I recommend you wear long pants and decent shoes that can cope with a little mud.
