That cache has a very well-developed description providing pictures, thoughful historical context, a helpful hint, etc. And it floods from time to time! It's no wonder the page is filled with interesting and entertaining logs!
This cache has exactly none of those elements. It is an utterly mundane bison tube zip-tied near the bottom of a completely unremarkable street sign. Entirely boring.
