The Abuko Nature Reserve

This comparatively small and easily accessible wildlife reserve is home to a number of indigenous African birds and monkeys. In the zoo in the center of the park you will find Hyenas and Monkeys.
I recommend visiting this National Reserve. Entry fee: D 35 ~ $0,50 ~ 0,50 Eur.

The Park is quite old and has suffered in the COVID-19 times. If I understood correctly, they had lions in the zoo before that times.
 

How to Play

For this cache you need a Wherigo capable GPS device or smartphone (Google Play "WhereYouGo" or Apple "Wherigo"). The cartridge is available here (by Waldmeister). The starting code for this adventure is

You need to enter it when starting the cartridge.

The cache is not located at the given coordinates. Start it somewhere in Serrekunda or near the National Reserve.

The software emulates a "reverse cache box", which does not give you any coordinates but only the distance to the final/geocache. To find the cache, you can either do triangulation or just go in the direction in which the distance becomes smaller.
 

If you play a Wherigo for the first time

You need to create an account on wherigo.com first, if you do not have this already. That page belongs to Groundspeak, which is the same company which owns geocaching.com.

When playing with a Smartphone, you first need to download an app called WhereYouGo (Android) or Wherigo (iPhone).

Start the app. Enter your Wherigo Webpage account there and exit it again. The app should have registered Wherigo-Links. Now you can click on links in your Geocaching.com App or another Geocaching App, which starts the Wherigo App automatically. Then it asks you for downloading the cartridge. Do it! If this does not work for you look through settings or download the cartridge manually with your smartphone browser (e.g. DuckDuckGo can download files other then images).

After downloading you can start the cartridge in the Wherigo App and select "New game". Press start in the "The Reverse Cache - beta" cartridge.

Select your language: Enter "en" for english and press "Answer"

Select your unit from dropdown box.

Read instructions and press OK.

Do you want to play or create a reverse cache? Select "Play" and "Answer".

Read instructions and press OK.

Enter "663363" and press "Answer".

Enter "113403" and press "Answer"

Enter "972341" and press "Answer"
Check the numbers (else they will point you to a wrong address) and select "right" and press "Answer".
Select "OK" from the dropdown and press "Answer", then "OK".

You will see multiple entries, e.g.  "Inventory (3)". Select this and then "Reverse Cache Box", then press "Display distance".

This will show you the distance to the cache. Now change your position by at minimum 15 meters on normal roads or pathes and select the "Reverse Cache Box" again.

If the distance is smaller as before you somewhat moved into the right direction to find the cache. Repeat until you reach the cache.
