Sorry, all information boards only in Estonian, but You can solve the puzzle anyway.

1) Look around, you can find a memorial to a good man Hermann Walter about 100 meters away.
2) Find out how old dr. Walter lived to, age = A. Find a last row on the monument. Number of letters = B.
The coordinates of the next point: N58 01,xxx' E026 04,yyy';
where xxx = 2 * A + 10 * B and yyy = 3 * A + B.
3) You reached to a wooden object. From here you will find a realistic hint for the next coordinates.
4) In this point you can see great pine. How old is the pine (2nd row of body text)? Age = C. Trees height (4th row of body text) = D. The coordinates for the main cache: N58 01,zzz' E026 03,www';
where zzz = C + Blackjack and www = 30 * D - 14.
