Exploring Roaring Traditional Cache

There are a few ways to get to this one. You could drive up past Farnham's Dam (if you have a high clearance 4wd), you could hike up from the beginning of the Roaring Brook Trail, or you could take one of the many connector trails coming in from October Mtn. State Forest. Little Bear and I walked right up the brook without using trails since it was a warm day and he likes the water. We continued upstream until we arrived at the road and walked back down past the dam and to the truck. With all the water and rocks and cover it may help you to know that the cache is on the west side of the brook, about 45 feet away from the water. Enjoy.
