[ENG] Pikasilla is located on the delta of Väike Emajõgi. It is a crossroad and a bridge. From here roads go to Tõrva (12 km), Viljandi(48 km), Tartu(55 km) and Võru(80 km).
Pikasilla is first mentioned in 1398 as a place where Order and Tartu's bishop's representatives negotiated. Väike Emajõgi was for the border of Sakala and Ugandi counties, later Viljandi and Tartumaa border.
The cache is in a box covered with a black bag and hidden in a place where you can do sport, grill, and fish. The cache can be approached by sea, leaving swimming equipment back by the near dock. For approachers by car there are two parking places. What is closer to the cache charges a fee in summer.
[EST] Pikasilla paikneb Väikese Emajõe suudmealal. See on teedesõlm ja sillakoht. Siit viivad teed Tõrva (12 km), Viljandisse (48 km), Tartusse(55 km) ja Võrru (80 km).
Esmakordselt on Pikasillat mainitud 1398. aastal kohana, kus orduvõimu ja Tartu piiskopi esindajad pidasid läbirääkimisi. Väike Emajõgi oli siin muinasajal Sakala ja Ugandi maakondade piiriks, hiljem Viljandi- ja Tartumaa piiriks.
Aare on musta kilekotiga kaetud plastkarbis ja peidetud kohta, kus saab sportida, grillida, kalastada jne. Aardele saab läheneda "meritsi", jättes ujuvvahendi kõrvalasuvasse uude paadisadamasse. Autoga saabujate jaoks on kasutada kaks parklat. See mis aardele lähemale jääb on suveperioodil tasuline.
