You may get wet if you visit the posted
coordinates!
This is a seed cache from mwein's
Vermont Vocabulary Virus for the letter "P".
My fellow hockey mom friend was with me for that FTF and wanted
to join me while placing this cache. She, monkeesting, and I had
a fun afternoon at Richmond Pond.
Back in July, I purchased a First To Find
prize that I put in my purse for a cache I wanted to place at this
pond. I was positive that it would be a new place for cachers to
pause and take pleasure in the picturesque nature.
Catoz beat me to the punch back in October
(3 months after I purchased the prize!). I pondered placing a
cache called "Ya Snooze, Ya Lose!", but now that I've
procrastinated for a prolonged period (4 more months!), it now
has a perfect themed name!
The below pink and purple puzzle provides
the coordinates for the micro at the first part of the pair. Both
parts are winter friendly unless we have more than a couple feet of
snow.
I went a little crazy shopping for the
stash. The 30 cal ammocan is packed pretty tightly. All of the
original contents began with P - Pads, Paint brushes, Pencils,
Pens, Pigs, Pink erasers, Pirates, Pom pons, Poncho, Poppers, Post
its, and Puzzles. There is a separate bag containing the log book
with puppies on the cover and a pink pencil sharpener. Please leave
the two loose sharpened pink pencils in the cache for logging. The
FTF prize is not the one still in my purse, but a P themed one
(pizza
) placed in an envelope with the
logbook - $10 Mimmo's gift certificate.
