Geocache Description:

Teepee Trail Cache,2,2.5,Foster,RI

The Spencer Property was generously donated in 1999 to the Foster Land Trust by Mrs. Spencer in memory of her husband, Dr. Spencer. The cache is located less than a mile down the trail. The trails on the Spencer Property are ideally suited to birding, hiking, equestrian and other non-motorized recreational activities. The trailhead and parking area is located off Old Danielson Pike (use west approach as a bridge is out along the east approach) near East Killingly Road. Bear left at the Teepee trail junction waypoint. This is a dead-end trail that is named for a teepee that a local scout troop built. The teepee no longer exists.
