Former Hawkeye: I can't find my own cache-it certainly isn't in the area it was placed. I just hate that when people move well hidden caches. So a Welcome to... bites the dust.

Replacement for a cache that got washed away in the '09 flood. The former area is too dangerous (way too muddy too) for the fun of caching.
Please use the enclosed parking coordinates.(N 46.51.209 and W 96.46.506) At the time of this placement the road leading into the park is blocked and with good reason, some damage has occur to the road. You can walk in to use the park if desired.
Do not block the entrance road!
The placement of the cache is in a non-muddy area.
