This is one of these places where you can drive through the forest over a concrete road. You can get to as much as 5-7 metres from the cache with the car. Uniküla rocket base is in Valga county, Õru parish. During the USSR times you could find strategical ground missiles there, which carried nuclear warheads. Today most of these objects have been emolished. In the last standing hangar is a partly survived propaganda poster about the Great Leader and Teacher - Lenin.
When getting to know the surroundings you must be very careful. Structures possess a risk of collapsing, ground can sink, and tics can bite.

Uniküla raketibaas asub Valga Maakonnas Õru vallas. Seal asusid Nõukogude Liidu ajal srateegilised keskmaaraktetid, mis kandsid tuumalõhkepäid. Tänaseks ajaks on enamus objekte lammutatud. Viimases püsti olevas angaaris on osaliselt säilinud seinale maalitud propagandaplakat Suurest Juhist ja Õpetajast - Leninist.
Ümbruskonnaga tutvumisel tasub olla äärmiselt ettevaatlik. Hooned on varisemisohtlikud. Maapind võib sisse vajuda, puuk võib hammustada, jne.
