there is a distillery museum, that you can visit by calling

[EST] Üle tiigi kõrge korstnaga maja ongi Olustvere mõisa
viinaköök. Alles mõni aeg tagasi oli hoone oma mahajäetuse tõttu
üsna lagunenud ja räämas olukorras. Praeguseks on see täielikult
taastatud. Hoones on ka viinaköögi muuseum, mille külastuse saab
kokku leppida mõisa peahoones või helistades telefonil 4774280 E-R
10:00-17:00 L-P 11:00-16:00 Läheduses on ka teisi taastatud hooneid
ja mõnede hoonete taastamine alles käib. Aare on leitav iga
