A short walk along a pleasant trail, but the cache is not winter
friendly, so act now or wait until the snow comes and goes.

There is parking available on both sides of the road at the
closer parking coordinates. Be careful walking along the sharp
curve on the Huntington Road from there, though. I prefer to cross
to the wrong side of the road to the inside of the curve where
there is more room for pedestrians and no guardrail to prevent your
escape if a car misses the turn wide. Cars almost never miss the
turn on the inside.
If this makes you nervous, especially about walking with
children, you could avoid the curve by parking at the more distant
area or by starting from the opposite end of the trail, where there
is also room for a few cars. The trail is less than a mile long and
the cache is not all the way at the opposite end, so you'd probably
have about a mile walk, most of it flat, if you came from the far
end of the trail.
