Dear King,

I hereby clame this land as being captured.

Eugene D. Moran Wildlife Management Area has been left wide open by Meshugana. His single cache is not enough to keep out any invaders that my try and sneak in and infiltrate our beautiful lands.

Meshugana has all but given up on his quest of claiming any land for himself and it is with a heavy heart that  I must do what needs to be done in order to get him to come back to the game and be the fine outstanding cacher that I know he can be.

Meshugana  you are a meshugeneh if you don't come back to us.

Eugene D. Moran Wildlife Management Area is very heavily hunted during the pheasant season. Please do not attempt this or any other cache in this area during pheasant season.
