Krung Kasem Canal Walk List

Famous Market and trendy area

There are three piers. Two out on the river one to the right and back a little which is for the cross river ferry. End of gangway, Temple side inside little metal pocket either side. Yes 2 caches.

The place is famous for living orchids and plants. As a child I was dragged there many a time by dad to go find some new and different plant for his garden. There is a row of shops along the canal that seem to have been around for ever. The area also has lots of vendors and some nice trendy cafe's out by the pier.

Take time at the pier also to feed the fish. Not sure if they classify as fish, they are huge and cover the surface of the water between the docks. There are plenty of vendors selling bread and food to feed the fish. Would be a great place to drag the kids.

This is also the start or end of the Krung Kasem canal walk. From here there are 28 caches between you and River City / Royal orchid hotel. About a 4 hour walk.
