ENG In the tracks of the Hound of the Baskervilles
...but it was that, standing over Hugo, and plucking at his throat, there stood a foul thing, a great, black beast, shaped like a hound, yet larger than any hound that ever mortal eye has rested upon. And even as they looked the thing tore the throat out of Hugo Baskerville, on which, as it turned its blazing eyes and dripping jaws upon them, the three shrieked with fear and rode for dear life, still screaming, across the moor...
So was the legend born about the Hound of Baskervilles, who haunted the Baskerville`s family, until famous Sherlock Holmes and doctor Watson solved this mystery.
The best filmversion ever about this legend, was made in Lenfilm in 1981 (today it celebrates it`s 30th anniversary!) and part of the film was made in Läänemaa, at the edge of the bog Kuistlema. Here was filmed the riding of sir Henry alongside the moor edge, views of the moor...
I will bring you to the adventure in the tracks of the Hound of the Baskervilles. If you got the guts of course, because there are still heard the odd howling voices from the bog and from time to time you can see glimmering lights there...
This 3-point multicache will lead you 1,5 km deep to the bog. I recommend to use bog-boots. All the points can be found with snow.

EST ...Hugo Baskerville`i kohal seisis ja näris tema kõri jälk olevus, koerataoline suur must elukas, kuid suurem kui ükski koer, keda sureliku silm eales näinud on. Ning just nende silme all kiskus loom Hugo Baskerville'i kõri puruks ja keeras nende poole oma lõõmavad silmad ning tilkuva lõua, mispeale kolm meest hirmust kisendasid ja suure karjumisega üle nõmme kihutasid...
Nii sündis kaugel Inglismaal legend Baskerville'ide koerast, kes painas Baskerville'i suguvõsa, kuni kuulus Sherlock Holmes ja doktor Watson selle müsteeriumi lahendasid.
Vaieldamatult parim kinoversioon antud legendist valmis Lenfilmis 1981. aastal (tänavu möödub sellest 30 aastat!) ja osa sellest filmist valmis Läänemaal Kuistlema rabaservas. Siin filmiti söör Henry ratsutamine piki rabaserva, rabavaated...
Dr.Mortimeri koer Snoopy olla aga keeldunud jänese järele sinna rappa kihutamast ja tema pagemine viidi üle rohtsemale pinnale ;)
Seega viingi teid nüüd selle aardega seiklema Baskerville'ide koera jälgedele. Kui teil muidugi selleks julgust ikka on, sest kummalisi ulguvaid hääli kostab rabast ikka ja helendavaid tulukesi võib ka aegajalt seal näha...
Tegemist 3-punktilise multiaardega, mille läbimisel jõuate umbes 1,5 km sügavusele rappa. Soovitan kasutada räätsi. Kõik punktid on lumega leitavad. Siinkohal suured tänud Geolaborile konteineri valmistamisel!
