Antheia: As the owner has not responded to my previous log requesting that they check this cache I am archiving it.

Please avoid geolitter by removing any remaining traces of your cache or contact a local cacher to do so for you. If you are having difficulty doing so then please contact me via my profile and I will try to get someone to assist. This is particularly important if your cache appears to contain Travelbugs or Geocoins.

How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

A quick series of 4 caches around Eastwood, Notts. All of the caches are on or near the 'blue line trail' which takes visitors to 11 places of interest relating to D H Lawrence. These caches all have a link, some tenuous to him. Please bring a pen.

Parking can be found in abundance in Eastwood if you are intending to make the short walk around all of the caches or at the road-side if you wish to cache and dash. All caches are directly on public foot paths and are wheelchair accessible.

Explore D.H. Lawrence's Eastwood and visit many of the locations that featured in his books. You can follow 'The Blue Line Trail' which links Durban House Heritage Centre with the four Lawrence family homes in Eastwood and six other Lawrence related sites.

Many thanks to cachingalice for helping to set the series.
