This is one in a series of caches entitled "Take a Hike" that was placed by The Lynch Three between 2011–2012. There are no puzzles, no hard multi's, or no challenging hides in this series; instead, what they share in common is a good hike in the woods, enjoyable in any season.
The Lynch Three has been retired from caching for a while now, so I adopted some of this series so that others could have the same experience of taking a great hike like I once did!
I renamed this cache "Take a Hike: Woodchuck Hill" because I know from my FONAT trail book that it's the right name of this reservation.
(The Lynch Three, 2011): I discovered this forest while perusing maps of North Andover open spaces. I have enjoyed my strolls in here; the forest seems to extend about a half mile with a nice, wide trail down the middle and some interesting rock walls along the way. I do believe that hunting is allowed here, so be careful in season and enjoy your hike.
