This is a series of nine separate hides. We have randomly put F.T.F.prizes on three of them. If the first finder finds the whole series has the option of grabbing all the prizes or leaving some of them for the next finders.
This is a continuation of our musician/song related series. (Classic Oldies, Bob Seger Like a Rock, Hot for Teacher and Too Much Time On My Hands are some of the other music related caches we've hidden in Southeastern, MA) You'd have to be as old or older than M.T. Pool to remember the song and artist this series refers to. Jim Stafford had a song called "I Don't Like Spiders and Snakes" back in the 70s. It was just a funny song which is what I believe he was known for.
This is Rocky Gutter Wildlife Management Area. You don't have to drive too far in where you'll want to park, so even cars can probably get in if you don't mind a dirt road and a few bumps. We parked near the gate for the power lines. Rocky Gutter is heavily hunted, so be aware of hunting seasons and wear your safety orange. Also, power lines typically run through real estate that is less than desirable. So, you may encounter a wet, soggy, swampy walk to some of the caches. We were able to navigate our way easily enough with just good boots on. It's not the easiest hike at times throughout the series. It might be good to do them when the ground has been frozen for a while, but most of the caches are NOT snow friendly.

After three weeks of caching activity I would like to thank all the cachers who came out to do this series and took the time to show their appreciation by taking the time to compose logs containing positive, entertaining and interesting feedback on the hides. Knowing other cachers are enjoying the series is the pay back for the work put into getting the series up and running.
