Grand Rapids is a town in Manitoba, Canada located on the northwestern shore of Lake Winnipeg where the Saskatchewan River enters the lake. As the name implies, the river had a significant drop at this point (more than 75 feet in less than 3 miles). In modern days, a large hydro electric generating plant has been built.
Of course Poland also has some beautiful rapids and hopefully, I will ride them someday.

Grand Rapids jest miastem w Manitoba, Kanada znajduje się na północno-zachodnim brzegu jeziora Winnipeg gdzie Saskatchewan River wejścia na jezioro. Jak sama nazwa wskazuje, rzeka miała znaczny spadek w tym miejscu (ponad 75 metrów w mniej niż 3 km). W dzisiejszych czasach duże elektrownie wodne roślin generujący elektryczny został zbudowany.
Znajdź pierwszy, a następnie rapids, to sposób ... :)
