"Happy Frank" is a follow-up cache to the cache "Sad Frank".

Frank is happy that you found his documents. Thank you :)

The cache is not located at the coordinates that are presented here. The cache is not in Tallinn and is more than 10 km from the coordinates here. Study the materials found in the cache "Sad Frank", this gives you preliminary data for finding "Happy Frank". It is suggested to take photos of the materials and study them elsewhere.

The coordinates of the searching area of the cache are:
59.[108x(A+B+C+D+E)+18]°
24.[2x(AxBxCxDxE)+67]°
Look around. Turn attention to the fact that in this form of coordinates the accuracy is smaller than in degree-minute-second.

Muggle alert: few muggles, but constant. If you lie down they will not see you.
