Geocache Description:




Scattered around Vermont are the remnants of many old ski slopes. This area in Proctor had a single rope tow line to get skiers up to the top of the nearby hill. Click here for a short writeup about the Proctor Tow. The history of these small slopes is quite facinating. The cache is located near the bottom of the tow line.
