Geocache Description:




Scattered around Vermont are the remnants of many old ski slopes. This area in Proctor had a single rope tow line to get skiers up to the top of the nearby hill. Click here for a short writeup about the Proctor Tow. The history of these small slopes is quite facinating. This cache is located up at the top of the tow line which is quite steep.
