Geocache Description:

Nelijärve on piirkond Aegviidu alevis. Nelijärve mägedena tuntakse Aegviidu-Neitla oosistu kaht rööbitist oosiahelikku ning nendega liituvaid kühmusid ja künniseid. Ooside jalamil ja seljakutevahelistes sulglohkudes asuvad Nelijärve järved. Koht sai tuntuks 1930ndate lõpus, kui sinna hakati ehitama Eesti Vabariigi presidendi Konstantin Pätsi annetusega turistide kodu. 1938. aastal valminud maja sai Eesti eliidi seas kohe populaarseks suvituskohaks. Aastast 1948 tegutses see Aegviidu-Nelijärve turismibaasi nime all. 2003. aastal renoveeriti täielikult ja praegu tegutseb külalistemaja Pääsu villa nime all Nelijärve Puhkekeskuse koosseisus.
