Sometimes you can be walking at unknown place and by accident notice the thing you have always been looking for, making everything suddenly fall into place. Opportunity can not be missed and the cache needs to be hidden. To find the cache go to zero and by following all safety and other requirements turn your nose to the capital and start moving and counting double lit lamp-posts. Between the 45th and 46th you will find the cache, easy!
Successful searches and do not forget that safety comes first! This is the fifth cache of a mini series and we are not vandals, word of honor.
