Geocache Description:


[ENG] In front of National Library of Estonia stands a statue of Marie Under, famous Estonian poet. Statue was opened in poet´s 30th death anniversary (25. Sept. 2010). Authors of the statue are sculptor Mati Karmin and architect Tiit Trummal. Behind her is a wall with one of her poems, from her collection of poems „Sparks in the ashes“.

Beware the mugglers!

[EST] Eesti Rahvusraamatukogu ees asub poetess Marie Underi mälestuskuju. Mälestusmärk avati pidulikult luuletaja 30. surma-aastapäeval (25. septembril 2010). Autorid on skulptor Mati Karmin ja arhitekt Tiit Trummal. Underi kuju tagusele seinale on kirjutatud tema luuletus "Seisatan" luulekogust "Sädemed tuhas".
