Geocache Description:

A "down-the-hill" Park & Grab.

My favorite Brit-com is "Keeping Up Appearances" starring the hilarious Patricia Routledge. The sitcom follows an obsessive and determined snobbish middle class woman named Hyacinth who desperately and continually looks for opportunities to climb the social ladder by attempting to impress people (particularly rich people) and portray herself as more affluent than she truly is. This cache is like Hyacinth, it would love to be more than it is. But it is trying its best to look good amidst some unseemly nearby things. If you have ever seen the show, the title will make perfect sense when you see the location. AND---it's a clue!

I hid this is winter when there was snow, it was visible then, but might not be in deeper snow.
