Treasure for circus artists is second cache in Paalalinna series. First one is located nearby and is called "Spordiplatsi".
When you reach the zero, I can guarantee that whole bunch of muggles are watching you. They're trying to bust you from two buildings, from 96 appartments, 152 windows. There are approximately 200 of "them".
So you can conclude yourself that you're truly in the center of attention... I belive you will be a real circus artist when you try to catch the cache.
