Most propably some water transportation is needed since the cache is hidden on the island of Salusaar. Be aware not to cross the Estonian-Russian border - it might cause a lot of troubles. Fortunately the border is not so close. You should log your boat trip, since it very close to border, by calling to a boarderguard office. It is not necessary , but still you can do it, if you have kayaks or other unregistered boats that do not have registration numbers.
