In order to locate this cache you will need to locate some names on the memorial at the posted coordinates. The plaque was erected "in honor of all those employees of the American Thread Co. Kerr Mills who served in World War II and in memory of those who gave their lives for their countries." In addition, the plaque was placed very close to the spot where a mill burned down as well. You can view some photos of the fire here.
At the plaque you will see a series of names divided into two columns with ten rows in each column. Assume that the top row is row one, the next is row two, and so forth. You will also need the last names of the men on the plaque and the ability to count the letters in each name.
